Individuals who, as sole proprietors, partners, corporate officers or trustees, are engaged actively in the real estate profession, including buying, selling, exchanging, renting or leasing, managing, appraising for others for compensation, counseling or financing, building, developing or subdividing real estate, and who maintain or are associated with an established real estate office in Kenya.
Individuals who are engaged in the real estate profession other than as sole proprietors, partners, corporate officers or trustees, or branch office managers, and are associated with a REALTOR™ member and meet the qualifications set out in Article 5 of the KPRA bylaws.
Corporate officers (who may be licensed or unlicensed) of a real estate brokerage franchise organization, elected to membership pursuant to the provisions in the KPRA Constitution Bylaws. Such individuals shall enjoy all of the rights, privileges and obligations of REALTOR™ membership including compliance with the Code of Ethics.
Pay a non-refundable application fee of KSh 2,500, select the appropriate membership level applicable to you and apply online, or download the membership application form or pick it from our offices. The outcome of your application will be communicated to you officially within two weeks upon receipt of the documents.
This is an entry level for a 0-1 year experienced Realtor. This is recommended for anyone who has interest in joining the realtor (Real Estate agent) profession.
A realtor with years of experience. Certification course may be required. Choose from three sub-levels based on your experience:

KPRA Patrons are individuals who engage with KPRA's ecosystem without being bound to a formal membership package. Patrons are among the most active participants in KPRA's events and form a vibrant part of the KPRA community.
Note: Patrons pay per event rather than an annual membership fee. Branding rights and sponsorship privileges are reserved for registered members.
